What do I need to set it up?
The free Catify app (iOS or Android), 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and a little floor space for the charging dock near a socket. Setup takes a few minutes, with no hub and no wiring.
Will it work in my home?
Yes, on hard floors and low rugs. It needs open floor space to roam and a socket for the dock. Thick shag rugs, stairs and tall thresholds can stop it, so keep its main area on one level.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Live video, two-way audio, night vision and recording are all included from day one. Nothing to unlock, nothing to renew.
Can my family use it too?
Yes, you can share app access so more than one person can check in on your cat.

How does it keep my cat on screen?
It drives itself around and uses AI cat and object detection to follow them. It is very good, though not flawless, so it may briefly lose them behind furniture before catching back up.
Does it charge itself?
Yes. It returns to its dock on its own and recharges, so it is ready the next time you want to check in.
Can I hear and talk to my cat?
Yes, two-way audio lets you listen in and talk to them live from the app.
Does it see in the dark?
Yes, night vision gives you a clear view at night as well as during the day.

What if my cat ignores it?
Most cats have a sniff, then carry on with their day. It is there for you to watch them, not to demand their attention.
What if my cat is nervous of it at first?
Introduce it slowly over the first few days and most cats settle within a week. If yours does not, it is covered by the 90-day return.
What if my cat knocks it over?
It rights itself and carries on. If it ever gets stuck, the app lets you know.

How do I return it?
Email us within 90 days of delivery. We send a prepaid label and refund you once it arrives back.
Is it under warranty?
Yes, every Catpanion comes with a 1-year warranty. If anything goes wrong, email us and we will make it right.
