What do I need to set it up?
The free Catify app (iOS or Android) and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It assembles in three parts by hand, with no tools.
What size cats does it fit?
Cats from 3.5 to 22 lb, with room to turn around even for larger breeds.
Does it need a subscription?
No. Self-cleaning, scheduling, odor sealing and the app are all included.
Where should I put it?
On a flat floor near a socket, with a little clearance around it so the drum can turn and your cat can come and go.

What if my cat steps in during a clean?
Weight and infrared sensors pause the cycle the moment a cat steps in, and it carries on once the box is clear.
Is it safe for kittens?
The sensors hold the cycle while any cat is inside or nearby. For very small kittens under 3.5 lb, wait until they are big enough to be detected reliably.
How often do I empty it?
Waste is sifted and sealed into the drawer below after each use. You just slide the drawer out and empty it, usually every few days depending on how many cats you have.
How do I clean the box itself?
Lift off the hood, rinse the tray and wipe the base. No tools needed.
What about smell?
Clumps drop into a sealed drawer and a fresh-air filter keeps the smell locked in between cleans.

What litter does it use?
Standard clumping litter works best, so the drum can sift clean litter from the clumps.
Does it work for multiple cats?
Yes. It cleans after each visit and logs who used it in the app, so it keeps up with a busy, multi-cat home.
