Missed-meal alerts

What do I need to set it up?
The free Catify app (iOS or Android) and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It plugs into a socket and connects in a few minutes.
Does it need a subscription?
No. Face recognition, per-cat portions, scheduling and the camera are all included. Nothing to renew.
Where should I put it?
On a flat floor against a wall, with a socket nearby and clear space for each cat to walk up to their tray.
How it feeds
How many cats can it learn?
Up to 10 cats, each by face. No collars or tags needed.
What if a cat is not recognised?
The tray stays closed and the app logs the visit. You can retrain a cat’s profile from the app any time, which helps as kittens grow.
Can it stop one cat eating another cat’s food?
Yes. It opens only for the right cat, and the clear side shields keep the others out of that tray.
Can I use wet food, dry food or treats?
Yes to all three. Wet food should be cleared within the time on its label so it stays fresh.
Can I set meal times and portions?
Yes. You set schedules and portion sizes per cat in the app, and it weighs and logs every meal.

Does it have a camera?
Yes, with night vision and two-way audio, so you can watch meals and talk to your cat from the app.
How do I clean it?
The stainless-steel trays lift out without tools and are dishwasher safe. Wipe the body down as needed.
